Whatever the reason, in order to gain maximum benefit from your Nordic walking it is important that you learn the correct technique from a qualified Nordic walking instructor if you want to gain maximum benefit from your Nordic walking poles.

Having been trained by British Nordic Walking in accordance with the strict guidelines set down by the International Nordic Walking Federation (INWA), I teach the ten step method.  The INWA method takes you beyond the basic techniques of how to walk with and plant the poles. You will be introduced to more advanced techniques that you can master with time and practice.
